Handcrafted Quality
Every Mallard Co. candle is hand-poured with care using premium ingredients and high-quality glass vessels. Due to the handmade nature of our candles, slight variations may occur from batch to batch.
Each candle is made to order to ensure the highest quality possible. Please allow 4–5 business days for processing before shipment. During holiday launches or large releases, processing times may be slightly extended.
We stand behind the quality of our products and truly want you to love your candle.
Returns & Exchanges
Because fragrance is highly personal, unused and unburned candles may be returned within 7 days of delivery if the scent is not a fit for you. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Candles that have been burned, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange. Once a candle has been lit, it is considered accepted by the customer and final sale.
Candle Safety & Care
Mallard Co. candles are rigorously tested for performance and safety when used as directed. Customers are responsible for following all candle care and safety instructions during use.
For a safe and clean burn:
- Trim wicks to 1/4 inch before each burn
- Keep candles away from drafts, fans, and vents
- Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface
- Do not burn longer than 3–4 hours at a time
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Keep away from children, pets, curtains, and flammable objects
- Discontinue use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains
Mallard Co. Candles is not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper candle care, or failure to follow recommended safety instructions.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS to help ensure safe delivery.

Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available for customers in the DFW area. Simply use code LocalTC at checkout and pickup instructions will be sent via text or email once your order is ready.
